Getting a little help from my friends – at Olo Acupuncture. photo: oloacupuncture.com

Note: if this is your first time on this site, it is indeed a Feng Shui site. Just covering a cleanse I’m on until May 12th – Spring Cleaning/Feng Shui for the Body.

Another good day. Tons of stuff releasing – toxins, emotions, unnecessary worry. Don’t know how it’s working but it’s good stuff.

I visited my friends at Olo Acupuncture yesterday and had a wonderful acupuncture treatment. I was experiencing a very mild headache and slight fatigue but it was all a distant memory when they were done with me. The best part was that I was able to check in with everyone and see how they were progressing in their detoxification. The responses varied from sluggish shrugs to vibrant revelations. It was so great to be able to compare notes and share some good food. Love Olo.

Took in a sunny walk to Madison Square Park and was not only was I greeted by spring flowers but a beautiful red sculpture by Orly Genger. Somehow I felt like that sculpture was mirroring what I was feeling and becoming. A tough material – nautical ropes – were molded into a fluid and vibrant design that was in organic harmony with its surroundings. Oh New York on a lovely spring day!
