Here we go again, manic fall weather. 80 degrees and gorgeous one day, grimfully wet and grey another. Like today. Sneezing and coughing surround you. Ill humor lingers dangerously. What do you do, where do you go?
First things first, make sure you are getting enough sleep and are drinking enough water. Also make sure you wash your hands kinda like a mad person. The flu bug is going around and doing these things can help you ward it off.
Now here’s my own personal secret to keep the mood and health up – introduce a little color into your life! We have all heard of color therapy. Something yellow easily cheers us up, a little bit of red cranks up the passion. Why not use this tactic on a grey day?
