This week, I welcomed my 54th year — and I share that with pride. Not to brag or complain, but because I genuinely believe every year we get to live, grow, and celebrate is a gift. I also believe it’s time we shed the stigma around aging.
Furthermore, something deep has been shifting in me. Not just this week, or during my recent retreat in Malta — but slowly, steadily, since the very start of the year.
There were signs – a lingering illness that wouldn’t let go, a sudden need to slow down, strange glitches in my energy that didn’t make sense until they did. It felt like something inside me was being restructured from the inside out.
Today is Feng Shui Friday, and I thought I had everything handled – videos recorded, calendar mapped, all the boxes checked. But this transformational energy didn’t care about my schedule. I tried to pivot – maybe I’d post the simplest video, or maybe I’d record a meditation instead – but my body said: PAUSE.
So I’m honoring the pause, and writing to you instead.
I’ve spent decades moving fast. I come from a lineage of high-achieving, keep-it-moving energy, and I’ve built a life and a business on that foundation. But this year, something deeper started asking for my attention.
It revealed a truth I couldn’t ignore: my next level, my next chapter, won’t come from doing more. My next level will come from trusting more – trusting my rhythm, the pauses between the plans. Trusting myself.
And that truth? It’s woven into my Chinese astrology and my Human Design. Although I’m built to hustle, my energy and elements reveal, more importantly, that I’m here to align and flow. To respond when the timing is right – not from pressure or fear or shoulds.
The woman I am today is softer and stronger than I’ve ever been. I’m letting go of rushing. I’m not over-explaining. I’m no longer pushing through fatigue or creating from obligation. I’m building a new rhythm – a slower one, a truer one – one that actually honors who I am now, not who I used to be or who I thought I had to be.
That means saying no more often. It means postponing this week’s Feng Shui Friday video. It means giving myself space to integrate instead of constantly produce. It means putting my energy first – not as a luxury, but as a necessity.
I’ve been practicing Feng Shui for nearly 20 years – it’s in my bones. But lately, I’ve been feeling a quiet shift – a pull toward something deeper, a slower, more intentional way of supporting the women I serve. What I’ve come to know more clearly than ever is that true alignment starts first, with the inner home.
Before we move furniture or shift floor plans, we look at your energy, your essence, your rhythm – because it’s all connected. That’s why I use Chinese astrology, Human Design, space, energy, identity, and truth.
This isn’t about changing what I do – it’s about deepening how I do it. Because when your inner world is aligned, your outer environment can finally reflect who you really are.
So if you’re also in a season of ambition and success while wanting to slow down – if you’re rethinking everything you thought you wanted, if your body is asking for space but you don’t know what comes next – this is your sign.
I see you. I am you. And this is the work I do.
Using many tools and ancient teachings, I help ambitious women – women like you – pause the noise, reconnect with your core energy and elements, and create a life that feels like a hell yes. Not the life you built ten years ago. Not the version that’s expected of you. The one that reflects who you are now.
If you’re ready to explore what your next level could look like – not from hustle, but from wholeness – I’d love to support you.

Because this isn’t just Feng Shui as you know it. It’s not about rules or rugs or rearranging a room. It’s about reclaiming your energy, your rhythm, and your joy.
As for me? I’m not rushing. I’m trusting and flowing.
And maybe, it’s your time too.
