East Harlem’s top selling new development, Embelesar 118, at 152 East 118th Street off Lexington Avenue, will host a tour on Sunday, February 13, 2011 from Noon to 2 P.M., unveiling newly-designed model homes infused with an exceptional balance of tranquil design and spatial harmony. Feng Shui (pronounced fung shway) expert and staging consultant Susan Chan, who designed the models, will lead the tour, providing information about the ancient Eastern philosophy and its benefits. During the course of the tour, guests will also receive many of Ms. Chan’s signature home design tips.
