If you could describe the energy you want to carry into 2026 in just two words, what would they be?
I’m not asking you to set goals or resolutions just yet. We’re just talking about energy. Because energy is what shapes your world.
Your two words become a compass for how you want to feel, what you want to call in and how you want to move through the year. They become the filter for every decision you make and the reminder of what matters when life gets noisy.
So take a minute, take a breath and ask yourself:
- If I close my eyes and imagine myself happy and fulfilled, what am I doing?
- If I could translate that image into feelings, what would they be?
- What do I want or want to experience more of?
It’s important to answer those questions because it will give you tons of information. Don’t judge. Just welcome it all in.
Here are some examples of two words:
- Joyful Creativity
- Heartfelt Connection
- Empowered Visibility because maybe you’re ready to be seen in a new way.
The words need to really hit home with you. Just throw it all out there and don’t limit yourself. You’ll know when you hit upon it because you’ll feel it in your body. It will just…resonate and you will say, “yes, that’s it.” It sounds a little hokey but seriously that’s how it works.
