I hope all of you on the East Coast as well as the surrounding areas are safe and recovering well after Hurricane Sandy. Thankfully my family and I were not seriously affected. The power is out for some of my relatives but that is a tiny inconvenience compared to the hundreds who have lost their homes and loved ones. Let’s do our best to open our hearts and homes to those in need of food, shelter and comfort. If you feel like taking it one step further, you can practice a daily meditation where you would envision bright light shining upon the families who have lost their loved ones and the areas that suffered from the wreckage and damages. Focus your intention on creating the strength needed for a quick recovery and restoration to all our communities. Namaste.
